Q: Does your pouch fit the new larger EpiPen size?
A: Yes. The Uno, Duo and Quattro have been adjusted to fit the new EpiPen.

Q: My son is so little... do you make a single epipen holder?
A: Yes we do! We make both double and single epipen holders.

Q: Will the pouches hold a Benadryl bottle?
A: The Duo pouch will fit an epipen with a small 20ml bottle. We can also customize the Duo to fit other Benadryl items. Custom orders are $40.

Q: What if I need to fit a Ventolin disc etc?
A: We are more than happy to address your needs. We can easily modify the sizing for you. Just let us know the dimensions and we'll make it work.

Q: Does the Duo fit an epipen and a puffer?
A: We can increase the length slightly of the Duo pouch to hold one epipen and one puffer. Order a Duo and select the option for this. The image below depicts how the puffer and injector should be arranged.

Q: Do you carry a pouch for 2 epipens, 1 puffer, and an
AeroChamber® Valved Holding Chamber?
A: Yes, we call it the Quattro. A picture of it is below. You can choose any design that's available for the Duo epipen pouches. It comes with a waist strap option only. It sells for $45. Click here if you're interested.

Q: Is the pouch insulated against extreme hot and cold weather?
A: No. Most of our pouches are made from neoprene (wetsuit material) so there is some measure of insulation. If used in hot or cold weather please take the necessary precautions such as tucking the pouch under your coat in cold weather or keep from direct sun in hot weather.

Q: Is the pouch durable? How do I clean it?
A: Most of our pouches are made from neoprene or other durable materials. It would say on the detailed product page what material is used on that pouch. The straps, buckles and clips are of high grade strength. The pouches can be handwashed or thrown into the washing machine on gentle.

Q: What are your strap sizes in regards to waist size?
A:
XS - 18" to 27" (2.5 to 3 yrs. old)
S - 21" to 33" (4 to 7 yrs. old)
M - 24" to 39" (8 to 13 yrs. old)
L - 29" to 48" (14 + yrs. old)
XL - 33" to 58" (adult)
